The hotel is ideally located among all the bars, close to great beach clubs, and in the heart of everything. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a comfortable king-size bed and a good-sized TV. However, the service could be improved with better problem-solving skills and management communication. The dining experience offers delicious homemade local products, but it is not included in the price.

The hotel is nestled in a great area, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms offer a kingsize bed and complimentary water, adding a nice touch. While the TV is of a good size, there is room for improvement in problem-solving skills from the staff. The location excels with its accessibility to various beaches and kosher dining options, as well as the convenience of the ferry to Isla Mujeres just across the street.

While the staff is accommodating, I did encounter a slight hiccup when requesting to speak to the manager for an issue. Nevertheless, the proximity to the beach area is unbeatable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, the service was a bit lacking, the location was fantastic, the dining was okay, and the facilities were satisfactory.
